Petty — Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of your purchase date.

Return conditions:

• The item must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
• For hygiene reasons, opened food, treats, or grooming products cannot be returned.

• Approved returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the item.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
